The tour is covered by the Year-Round Whale Sightings Guarantee: if you don't see whales, you can join another tour at any point in the future (some conditions apply)
The local operator reserves the right to delay or cancel a departure if there are fewer than 20 guests reserved at the time of departure or in case of events out of their control (adverse weather conditions, technical or mechanical issues etc.). In this case, you will be offered a refund or to join another tour
