The tour starts with a visit to the town of Chinchero near Cusco, located at an elevated point with a beautiful view of the valley. Its inhabitants preserve the artisan traditions and the inherited knowledge of the Incas. Admire archaeological remains and a beautiful 17th-century church.

Then, you will go to the Living Museum of Yucay, a center for the interpretation of Andean traditions, where demonstrations of the elaboration of textile work, pottery, and silverware are carried out in the same way they were performed in ancient times.

The itinerary continues to Ollantaytambo where you have free time for lunch. Then, you will explore the town and local archaeological site, inhabited uninterruptedly since Inca times, and climb the iconic fortress, built next to a mountain.
