Once in Évora, wander the narrow streets and take the time to savor masterpieces of past eras and discover the key monuments of the city: the Roman Temple, the Romanesque-Gothic Cathedral, the Church of São Francisco and its Chapel of Bones.

You'll also have the chance to explore the deep variety of handicrafts produced across the Alentejo including the renowned pieces in cork, ceramics, and copper. Furthermore, engage and experience the depth and breadth of the ingredients for some of the most defining dishes in Portuguese gastronomy.

Following lunch, in the afternoon, you set off in the direction of the most emblematic and oldest wine estates in the country. Located in the heart of the Alentejo, you will visit an estate and sample wine at a famous winery.
