This tour starts in Lodz. First you will be picked up by your English-speaking driver from your hotel/accommodation. Then, you will visit Auschwitz Nazi Concentration Camp and then Birkenau Camp located 3km away from Auschwitz.
Together with your guide, you will learn about the tragic events and history of the Holocaust at the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum. You'll also learn all the facts about this horribly impressive place, where over a million people were killed by Nazis during World War II. Afterwards, the driver will transfer you for lunch at a local restaurant, before you return to Lodz in the evening.

Know in advance:
- By booking less than three months before the planned tour date, the customer acknowledges that online tickets for Auschwitz may no longer be available due to museum restrictions and high demand. In such cases, tickets will need to be purchased on-site by the driver at the ticket office, which may involve waiting in line
- You will be requested to enter your hotel or accommodation and communication details during checkout
- For security reasons maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz museum cannot exceed dimensions: 30x20x10 cm. Please leave your bags in the car
- This tour is not recommended for children under 14
- This tour operates with a minimum of 2 participants
- You'll need to present a valid ID or a copy of your passport, note that if you fill your name wrong you won't be able to get inside Auschwitz-Birkenau
- If a booking is made just a few days in advance, the tour operator will arrange an early departure from Warsaw (around 4 am) to secure tickets on the spot. However, the local provider cannot be held responsible for ticket availability at the ticket office
- If tickets are sold out, customers will be refunded the nominal price of the museum entry tickets, but not the cost of the entire tour. Alternatively, clients can opt for a non-guided visit to Kraków's Old Town. Such situations are extremely rare and beyond the control of the local provider
- Pickup is available from hotels in Warsaw city centre - there might be a supplement for pickups outside the city centre. You'll be picked up between 4.00 am and 8.00 am. The local operator will confirm the exact pickup time the day before the tour
- The museum requires the name and surname of every guest, please add this additional information at checkout. Providing a wrong name and surname will prevent customers from entering the museum
- This tour requires a minimum of 2 reservations for the same date
