Next, study the history of Bordeaux wines and their main grape varieties, such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Taste 2 single-varietal wines before joining a blending workshop.
Taste 2 blended wines prepared in front of you to understand their differences. Then, enjoy a blind tasting of a famous Bordeaux wine and guess where it’s from. All of this with a typical French aperitif (fresh bread, sausage, cheese, dark chocolate...) to pair with your wines and discover your tasting profile with the help of your guide.
