Starters: Pissaladière (famous onion tart in Nice) with olives from the garden and anchovy
Main course: Tagliatelle with sage sauce from garden (may contain meat)
Dessert: Lemon tiramisu (lemon from garden) or any other dessert according to season and homemade liqueur of the moment with fruits of garden
