Tickets are valid for the booked date but offer flexibility for use on any day before. Upon first validation on board the bus, your ticket is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours according to the option selected
Audio guides are available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, and Japanese on the bus devices and through the Tootbus App. Complimentary earphones are provided onboard the bus, but you are welcome to use your own
Children under 4 years old travel for free
All buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with powered ramps worked by the drivers
Animals (small ones and guide dogs) are accepted on board. Except for guide dogs, animals need to be positioned on your knees
During the Paris Games period, some monuments may be inaccessible by bus so the itineraries will be adjusted as needed
