- Please note that you will be required to choose between the Tour of the Palace only, or the Tour of the Palace plus the Gardens during the booking process
- Please note that on some occasions, return transportation to and from Versailles will be provided using a comfortable and modern train, allowing you to travel like a local
- Tickets for the Musical Fountains Show or Musical Gardens are added automatically to the price when they operate. When not operating a standard guided tour of the gardens is provided. Some parts of the palace may be temporarily closed for renovation. If this occurs, these areas will be substituted with other important rooms depending on the day of your visit
- It is strongly recommended that all clients who are travelling with infants bring their own infant or child seat. It is considered the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the safety of their child
- Due to increased security measures at many attractions, some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' access. Please note that Musical Gardens and Fountain show may be subject to last minute schedule changes
- The Fountain Show is running from April to October on Saturdays and Sundays. The Musical Garden Show is running from April to October from Tuesday to Friday
- Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, you may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, it is strongly suggested that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour

- Photography is permitted throughout the tour (no flash inside the Palace)
- Please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours
- Please note that many sections of the museum are not air-conditioned (as A/C is not standard practice in France)
- Timings and sites are subject to last minute changes on rare occasions
