A historical treasure worth millions in the middle of Augsburg? Follow the clues across the city, combine sharply and restore justice in one of the oldest and most beautiful cities in the country!
Probably the richest person of all time lived in... Augsburg! Jakob Fugger was an entrepreneur, multi-billionaire, and probably the most exciting personality of the city.
What few people know: Large parts of his fortune still exist today, in the family property of his descendants. Since the family was regularly the victim of robberies over the centuries, a descendant of Fugger hid parts of the fortune in a secret place. The money was thought to be lost, but now, years after his death, some mysterious clues have surfaced that apparently lead to the hiding place of the money in the middle of Augsburg.
The exciting treasure hunt leads directly past the most worth seeing places of the city - but also to hidden and otherwise rather unknown places, far away from the usual tourist paths. Some highlights of the tour are:
- View into the golden hall of Augsburg's city hall
- Hidden clues along the city's most impressive boulevard
- The finale in the world-famous Fuggerei

- Enter the game code on the homepage of the provider YOUR CITY QUEST under "Start mission". The tour can be started and played at any time. In case of bad weather or similar, you can continue the tour on another day. You will not need to change the booking if your travel plans change
- Please note that you must purchase a minimum of 2 tickets (= 2 players) for this activity. This will also be the minimum number of people for one team. If you buy more tickets you can play in a bigger team or in different teams. Please see the instructions on the supplier´s email which you will get after booking
- This tour works without a guide and without a fixed date. All you need is your charged smartphone
- The endpoint of the tour is in the Fuggerei
- There is no recommended minimum age for participants. In order to play actively, you should be able to read and write
- Ideal for bachelor parties and team-building events
