The tour starts in the Old Town, in the heart of the city life. Stroll through one of the longest pedestrian areas in Europe and enjoy the wonderful mix of old and new buildings, narrow streets, market squares, shops, restaurants and museums.

See the most famous church of Heidelberg, the Church of the Holy Spirit, and find out more about one of the few buildings in town that survived the many wars of the last centuries. Then, pass by the Old Heidelberg University and learn more about its foundation in 1386.
