Learn about Hans Christian Andersen's life in the harbor of Nyhavn and admire the colored houses and historic wooden ships anchored there. Appreciate the beauty of Amalienborg, a regal courtyard framed by the palaces of the Danish Royals and the official residence of the Danish Queen. Pass by the dome of Frederik's Church, also known as the “Marble Church” for its rococo architecture, and see the Gefion Fountain as well, the largest fountain in Copenhagen.
