Know in advance:

You can visit the two locations any time you want during the opening hours on the day of the booking
After booking, you'll receive your entry ticket QR ticket via separate e-mail from supplier
The QR ticket will only be visible when in proximity to the venue
You'll need internet connection on your smartphone to retrieve your QR ticket
Children will be asked to present their valid passports at the entrance of the museums in order to validate their age
All visitors must go through the security check at the entrances
Kindly note that due to the limited capacity of the location, you might wait in queue to enter even with the skip-the-line ticket
Topkapi Palace tours: 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:00am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 1pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3pm, 3.30pm. Closed on Tuesdays
To enter the Topkapi Palace, you must take part in the guided tour operated as Hosted Entry every hour from 09:30am to 3:30pm. Reservations are not required
The guide will provide a 20-minute introduction and then accompany visitors inside the palace. Once inside, visitors can explore the palace on their own until 5pm
Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays, and Dolmabahce Palace is closed on Mondays. For the updated opening time of the locations, please visit the relative website

No:4, 34122 Fatih/İstanbul, at least 15 minutes before the guided tour time; while the Dolmabahce Palace can be visited freely during its opening hours on the booked day.
