Nestled in a tranquil corner of busy Istanbul, the aroma of freshly ground coffee beans mingles with tales of age-old traditions.
Bilingual instructors will guide you through the process of making coffee in a traditional cezve pot. You'll grind premium coffee beans by hand, releasing the distinct flavours within each type. During a well-deserved coffee break, you'll partake in a special fortune-telling activity, learning to predict the future using your coffee cup, just as the locals do. This isn’t merely about coffee; it’s about connecting with a tradition that has captivated people for generations.
As the workshop concludes, you'll receive a special gift - a traditional cezve, freshly ground coffee, and a handmade ceramic cup, all symbols of the warmth and hospitality inherent in Turkish culture.
