You can choose between the following options available in the order box: car with a maximum of 2-3 passengers (Option 1), vehicle with a maximum of 3-5 passengers (Option 2), or a vehicle with a maximum of 8-15 passengers (Option 3).

extra luggage or luggage larger than permitted based on vehicle space

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

if vehicle space, extra luggage fees are to be paid
over time (per hour): 8/8/16 USD for 2/3/8 passenger vehicle, to be paid on site
late/early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 18/10/12 USD for 2/3/8 passenger vehicle, to be paid on site
surcharge 40% on Lunar New Year occasion from 07 Feb 2024 to 14 Feb 2024

Know in advance:

each passenger is allowed to have 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
please inform the local supplier about your itinerary, at least one day before departure. You can find their contact information in the voucher after booking
the driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
please inform operator your destination list at least one day before departure
