- Late/early surcharge from 10 pm to 5 am: 7/8/10 USD for 4/7/16 seater car (pay to transfer operator)
- Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

- Please inform the local operator of your destination list at least one day before departure. You'll find their contact details on your voucher after booking. - Each passenger is allowed to have 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
- At checkout, please provide your pickup date and time, number of people, pickup and drop-off point, flight number, full name of all passengers, and year of birth of all passengers
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- The driver normally speaks Vietnamese; other languages are available upon request with a surcharge
- An English-speaking customer service team is available on WhatsApp 24/7
- Waiting time: for international flights - 90 minutes; for domestic flights - 60 minutes; for train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
