Each person is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it.

- Each passenger is allowed to have one 60cm (56cm x 28cm x 23cm) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
- The driver is normally Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
- The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
- Please provide pick up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
- Waiting time for international flights is 90 minutes. For domestic flights are 60 minutes. For train station/bus station/hotel is 30 minutes
