For your safety, the outdoor terrace of the Burj Khalifa may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
Dubai Opera is a working building, so the content of the tours may vary. Due to events, some areas may occasionally be closed or restricted access

Bring your voucher to the At the Top Will Call counter, located on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall, at any time to pick up your Burj Khalifa tickets. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled admission time. Dubai Opera tours depart from Plaza Box Office. The Box Office is located in the Opera Plaza on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.
