In order to access the audio guide, please download the PopGuide App from the iOS Store or Play Store before reaching your destination. The link to access the QR code is mentioned on the voucher that you'll receive after booking
Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
If you wish to see the spectacular fountain show, you are advised to book for approximately 30 minutes before the fountain show you would like to watch to get a good spot
The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, however, you are welcome to take your time
Please note that during the high season (winter) and festivities, there could be delays and queues
No VR Experience available for early morning visits before 8.30am
Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge
