The lounge opens daily 24 hours. You don't need to reserve a time slot, just show your voucher at the entrance of the lounge and you can stay for the booked time
You must have already checked in for your onward flight and have a valid boarding pass to enter the lounge. Please contact your respective airline if you require flight check-in and boarding pass information
Your ticket includes a selection of food and drinks. For special alcoholic drinks, you might need to pay additional fees
Your ticket includes the use of equipment such as showers, charging stations, international TV channels, newspapers, and magazines. Shower facilities are subject to availability

The lounge is located in the restricted area at the West Wing of Departures Level, Terminal 3, Concourse A, near Gates A2 and A3 past the Duty-Free shopping area. To access the lounge, take the lift from the Duty-Free area to level 4.
