- You’ll be given your fast track London Eye tickets at the end of the walking tour
- Unfortunately, refunds cannot be offered to latecomers

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts. Your guide won’t be able to answer their phone once the tour has started so it is essential that you arrive on time.
