- Want to get your photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley? Queues can be big so it's recommended to arrive 45mins before the tour starts. There won't be time for the photo during the tour itself

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour starts. Your guide won’t be able to answer their phone once the tour has started, so it is essential that you arrive on time.
