- Plan your journey to the meeting point well in advance as refunds cannot be given for lateness or delays
- If you want to get your photo with the Platform 9 ¾ trolley, it's recommend to arrive 45 minutes before the tour starts, as queues can be big. There won't be time for the photo during the tour itself

- Comfortable shoes and dress appropriately depending on the weather
- Drinks and your camera
- A contactless Bank Card, Oyster or Travel Card

Please meet your guide outside the Harry Potter shop inside Kings Cross National Rail Station. Your guide will be standing in front of a flight of steps outside the Platform 9 3/4 shop and holding a sign reading 'Harry Potter Tour'. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes prior to the start of the tour.
