- Bus and cruise tickets are valid for the same day they are redeemed. You will be given your cruise ticket when you redeem your voucher on the bus
- Rivers cruises are one-way between Westminster Pier and Tower Pier. Start the cruise from either pier, departures are every 40 minutes with a duration of approximately 35 minutes

The nearest City Sightseeing bus stop is Stop 19 on the Red Route - Pall Mall East (Trafalgar Square).
