- For the best experience, we recommend visiting two hours after ESBO opening time
- Express Pass tickets allow guests to go straight to the Observatory
- Children ages 0-5 are free for both ticket types
- There are no locker storage facilities for personal belongings
- All visitors will be subject to airport-style security screening
- Any questions and uncertainties should be referred to the Security Officers on duty
