Know in advance:

All tickets purchased are nonrefundable and non-exchangeable
The theatre operates with assigned seating. Guests must be seated in the seat location printed on their ticket
Adult tickets are for ages 12+, Children tickets are for ages 3-11
Children under 3 are free, provided they sit on their parent’s lap
Venue is wheelchair accessible
Guests may be subject to security screening and/or bag checks
Guests with backpacks, suitcases, or other large bags may not be granted admission
Show duration is 80 min, no intermission

You will receive your ticket to download upon booking. However if there are any issues please visit the Box Office. A valid ID/Passport is needed to pick up the in-theatre tickets. All tickets must be picked up no later than one hour prior to show time.
