It's not allowed for children (age 7+) to sit in their parents' laps. Car seats or boosters cannot be installed either

Non-transparent bags are not allowed. Clear/transparent bags are allowed on the tour only (the local partner is not responsible for any theft, stolen property or any damage)

You must check in at least 45 minutes before tour departure. Tickets will be forfeited with no refund if not checked in 45 minutes before the tour start time

There are no restrooms available in the canyon. Please use the restrooms at the local partner's store before the tour
