I purchased the wrong tickets due to this service being promoted on Google over the tickets I searched up. While I was at the MET after searching for tickets online, this service was the first in the search engine promoting MOMA. I purchased the tickets to MOMA without realizing and immediately tried to get a refund within the same 5 mins. The website blocked me from issuing a refund of $60 USD despite it being within the hour of purchase. I spent my first 30 min at the MET contacting my bank.
