Please use the email of the person using the pass as this information is needed for the reservation
Your CityPASS tickets are valid for 9 consecutive days, including the first day of use
The first day of use for your tickets must occur within 365 days of the date of purchase
You can visit the attractions in any order you like
Adults should have ID available, as attractions may ask for it
Some attractions require that visitors pass through security checkpoints
If members of your travel party would like to split up and visit different attractions, just make sure each person has a ticket with their name on it
Cancellations/refunds may be requested on unused products. Requests may take up to 30 days to process
Infants aged 0 to 5 go free of charge at some attractions. Please review each individual attraction for child admission details
